What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
Players using the PokerTime.net software are urged to become aware of how the software will handle a disconnection during game play. The hand that is being played is protected by an “All In” circumstance, unless something is done to fold the hand you are playing.
In order for this feature not being mistreated, a set amount of “All Ins” is put in place over a 24-hour time span, as per the administrators’ request.
A 12:am GMT daily setting of the “All In” counter will commence.
When a hand is folded, this could be due to:
- A card Room is left while a hand is still in play.
- The “Close” box is used to exit a game (i.e. by pressing the X located at the top right hand corner of the PokerTime.net screen)
- The “Fold” button is pressed, either by accident or intentionally.
- The game has been disconnected and then re-entered prior to the completions of that specific hand.
- A hand is not acted upon within a 20 second period. (this will result in a “Time-Out”).
